Richard Steppe, P.E. is a graduate from the School of Architectural Engineering at The University of  Texas at Austin.  He also holds a BBA in Finance and Marketing from South West Texas University. He has 8 years experience in major commercial structural engineering design of medical, educational, manufacturing, transportation, sports, entertainment, and storage facilities.  He also has experience in forensic analysis of existing steel, concrete, and wood structures.
